William has a ton of hair. He was born with a lot of hair, but it never really fell out and is very thick and long. We are constantly getting comments on how much hair he has, and several people have asked me if I cut his hair into a mohawk! When I realized that I could make a ponytail on top of his head that was as big as Sophia's was at about 15 months, I decided it was time for a haircut. I was nervous about William crying and sitting still, but he had a blast! He was smiling the whole time, and had so much fun playing with the firetruck.

Surprise pictures
We have so much trouble getting both kids to smile at the same time for
pictures, so I decided to take them to a picture studio at the mall.
They did a wonderful job! We got two great pictures of the kids
together, and I ordered an individual one of each child. We surprised Daddy with them when he got home from work!
School Music Program
A few weeks ago, we were invited to join Sophia's class for a special family music program. She was so excited to see us! Sophia did a great job singing all of the songs for us, and then we had a picnic lunch with her and all of her friends!

Jonquil Festival
Last weekend was the Smyrna Spring Jonquil Festival. We thought it would be a fun family outing for our family! When we got there, we walked around and checked out all of the vendors and bought Sophia a beautiful new headband from one of our friends. We ran into Sophia's friend Colin and his parents and watched part of a puppet show with them. There was a big children's area with a bunch of activities for the kids. And of course delicious festival food!

7 months
William is 7 months old! This month William started to sit up with no hands! He still doesn't understand that if he leans back he will fall though. He started eating fruits and veggies this month too. He has had green beans (hated them), squash, pears, banana, sweet potato, avocado, prunes, peaches, mango, and a few puffs. He loves his food! About halfway through the month, William figured out how to roll belly to back. He now tumbles all around the room. He loves to blow raspberries, especially when he has food in his mouth. He loves to be around other kids, especially his sister. At the end of the month, he started to get upset any time we were out of eyesight. He likes to make sure we are paying attention to him!
Look Mom! No hands!
